We LOVE celebrating success in our class so I thought what better way to celebrate than to share our Hinni Kid Awards on our blog!

Amelia-Rose- for being focused in class
Summer- for working hard to learn new maths strategies
Grace- for being a kind and hardworking member of our class
Skyla- for being resilient and pushing herself to complete the school triathlon

Thank You Camp Parents!

A big huge thank you to all the parents that came on our Ohope School Camp back in early March! It wouldn't have been possible without you and we are so very grateful to have such a supportive and fun team of helpers this year.

Senior Poetry Comp

Congratulations to the people that got up and presented their poems at the Senior Poetry Competition today- there was some real tough competition and we certainly noticed your efforts in practicing and polishing your piece over the weekend. A special mention to our Room 7 class mates who got placings- Sarah was first for the Year 4's. Roy took out the Year 5 competition, but was closely followed by Jack E!

Hinuera School Triathlon
