Aongatete Camp 2015

The Year 5's had a fantastic time at Aongatete Camp! A few of the great things we did were bivouac and raft building, visiting Matakana Island to go fishing and play with the crabs, comparing an estuary to a stream, bush studies and sipping on billy tea with Mr Brown! One of the major highlights for many was learning different tricks and building confidence while kayaking and being dare devils on the Water Park at Waimarino! What an adventure!

    Some of the highlights for me at camp was fishing and waimarino.
    it was very interesting to really see what my friends were like though.

    The billy-tea was so yum. Year 4s are going in 2 years time are going to have a great time. Mr Mac got tired

    we did well for camp year 5's! and I want to thank all the parents that came along to help with the meals which were delicious! and I had a great time!

    Wow Miss Dagg you flew high on the blob.
    Some of the highlights for me were fishing and heaps of other stuff.

    I wish I never went home I had a great time though!

    Wow Miss Dagg I showed dad how high you flew . He said it was pretty high he also said you must be really light!
    I cant wait till next years camp!

    Hey miss dagg how did your course go? I just showed tarra the I told you about who looks after Us and helps mum out. I showed and I said that she's my teacher on the blob she thought it was pretty cool. Can you please add some more photos on the blog so I can do some more comments?

      Hi Summer! I had a great day at the course. Also great to hear you are sharing our blog with others! Funny you ask for more comments- I was just thinking the same thing and am trying to email photos to myself to put up. So watch. I think I need to train you all up to post comments as well!
